Salon Policy

  • A 20-50% deposit of the total amount is required when booking any service.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made after this time.

  • In the event that you fail to show up for your appointment on three or more occasions, you will be added to our blacklist and will no longer be able to book services with us.

  • For our lash tinting and perming services, all clients must undergo an allergy test at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. Alternatively, clients can sign a waiver declaring that they have no known allergies to the products used in the service.

  • Our gel nail services come with a 72-hour guarantee, which covers any issues arising from the application process. However, this guarantee does not apply to damage caused by external factors, such as biting, picking, or damage caused by external objects.
